The product surface should make that evidence easy to inspect.
What proof looks like

A privacy policy is useful only if the live system can show the notice version, consent reference, provider route, and rule outcome associated with a request. The standard should be simple: could the team reconstruct what happened without asking an engineer to manually stitch together five systems?
