Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Start with the public tools or a free workspace, then move to Early Access or Growth only when you are ready for production.
What counts as a check?
A check is one PII inspection event on a prompt or response. Audit log writes, DSAR submissions, consent events, non-PII policy evaluations, and public free-tool usage do not count.
What happens if I exceed my check limit?
Free workspace usage is capped server-side. Early Access and Growth continue with visible overage rates: ₹0.08/check on Early Access and ₹0.06/check on Growth.
Do I need to log in before paying?
Yes. You must create an account or log in before subscribing. This ensures your payment is linked to your workspace.
Which paid tier should I choose first?
Choose Early Access for production gateway usage, BYOK, policy packs, audit retention, DSAR basics, and country blacklist enforcement. Choose Growth when you need 50 apps, advanced policy rules, longer retention, DSAR connectors, TIA drafts, model cards, hard caps, and priority support.
Do you train on customer prompts?
No. Prompts are inspected in memory and discarded unless a customer explicitly enables retention.
Can you deploy privately?
Private VPC or on-prem deployment is outside this Free, Early Access, and Growth scope.
