FAQ
What if my buyer's questionnaire is in PDF or Word?
V1 is paste-first. Copy the questions into the runner, generate answers, then export the reviewed response pack as PDF, Word, or Markdown.
How accurate are the answers?
Every answer gets a confidence level. High needs two or more directly relevant evidence items. Missing evidence is marked needs_input instead of being invented.
What if I do not have audit logs or policies yet?
The run will show the gap. You can draft an honest answer, but the pack will not claim controls you have not set up.
Is my buyer's questionnaire confidential?
The raw questionnaire is tied to a 90-day run expiry. Delete the run any time from the response-pack page.
What if the answers reveal we do not actually have those controls?
That is the point. CrewCheck marks those answers needs_input so the founder can decide what to say before anything reaches the buyer.
Refund policy?
If CrewCheck cannot confidently autofill 60% of a paid questionnaire, ask for a refund and we will review the run evidence.
