Acceptance of Terms

By using CrewCheck, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

CrewCheck provides an LLM proxy gateway with compliance guardrails, PII redaction, and audit logging for AI agents.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and account credentials, and for all activity under your account.

Fair use and rate limits apply. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or degrade platform reliability.

You provide your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or other model provider API keys. CrewCheck is not responsible for charges incurred from those providers.

You agree to use CrewCheck in compliance with applicable laws, including the DPDP Act 2023, RBI guidelines, and SEBI regulations where applicable.

We aim for 99.5% uptime. Free and beta tiers do not include a formal SLA.

CrewCheck is a compliance tool, not a compliance guarantee. You remain responsible for your regulatory obligations.

Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. We may suspend accounts for violations of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts in India that have competent jurisdiction over the matter.
